Creator/production credits

The lettering and the portrait are derived from Faithorne's earlier engraving. EH MAMP is said to be Edward Hooker, editor of two posthumous publications by John Pordage. The meaning of MAMP is unknown, unless it was intended to represent Hooker as a master of arts, medicine and philosophy
