Description
Image of a polarization microscope designed by Hartnack and Prazmowski and made by their successors in the late nineteenth century in France. The Nachet Collection was a large set of microscopes collected by Albert Nachet and acquired by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum. The microscope is now held by the Science Museum (object number: A60976).
